Bionic Flow Guidance for More Performance
With our Performance Intake for the 2.0 TDI EA288 engines, we present a completely newly developed intake system, whose core is the specially designed bionic flow guidance. While conventional intake systems often create unnecessary turbulence and pressure losses, our geometry was specifically designed to guide the airflow to the turbocharger as evenly and with as little loss as possible.
By optimizing the flow conditions, the engine can work more freely, which improves power, torque, and responsiveness. At the same time, a significantly sportier intake sound is created, audibly emphasizing the character of the 2.0 TDI.

Developed with State-of-the-Art Flow Technology
The development was based on extensive CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) simulations. Every contour of the air filter box was analyzed and optimized to guide the airflow through the system as efficiently as possible.
The result is a bionic geometry that is based on natural flow principles. The air is guided more controlled through the intake system, which reduces disruptive turbulence and minimizes pressure losses.
Compared to the series component, the amount of intake air can be used significantly more efficiently. The turbocharger has to overcome less resistance and can react more quickly to load requirements.
More Power Through Lower Flow Losses
Every pressure loss in the intake system costs performance. For this reason, the entire system was consistently designed for maximum flow efficiency.
The optimized airflow ensures that the engine can draw in the necessary air with less resistance. This particularly improves responsiveness in the lower and middle RPM range and supports a more consistent power delivery across the entire RPM range.
Independent dyno measurements have proven the positive effects on power and torque.
Efficiency in Everyday Use
The advantages of the bionic flow guidance are not limited exclusively to performance. By reducing flow losses, the engine's air supply is made more efficient.
Under comparable operating conditions, this can contribute to improved combustion and lower fuel consumption. Especially in everyday driving at low and medium load conditions, the engine benefits from the optimized airflow.
Specially Developed Performance Filter
A key component of our system is the specially developed air filter. While conventional systems often rely on standardized, rectangular filter elements, we have adapted the shape to the actual flow conditions. Thanks to the optimized, rounded geometry, the airflow is guided more evenly through the filter medium. This creates less resistance, and the efficiency of the entire system is further increased.
High-Quality Materials and Manufacturing
The air filter box is made of high-quality polyurethane. The material is characterized by high temperature resistance, dimensional stability, and excellent resistance to oil, moisture, and environmental influences.
Modern manufacturing technologies create a durable product with precise fit and high load capacity.
Plug & Play Installation
The system completely replaces the original air filter box and can be installed without additional adjustments.
All mounting points correspond to the series specifications, making installation quick and straightforward.
Sporty Intake Sound
In addition to the technical advantages, the Performance Intake provides a significantly more emotional driving experience. The optimized airflow makes the intake noises more audible and particularly emphasizes the characteristic sounds of the turbocharger.

It is not approved for use on public roads within the scope of the StVZO (German Road Traffic Licensing Regulations). Use is exclusively for motorsport purposes, for export vehicles, or outside public roads.
The installation of this product can lead to the expiration of the vehicle's operating permit according to §19 StVZO.
An approval according to §21 StVZO (individual approval) may be possible in individual cases, but must be clarified in advance individually with a testing organization (e.g., TÜV or DEKRA).
