Revdop develops, designs, and manufactures innovative internal combustion engine intake systems, with the aim of redefining airflow – making it more efficient, intelligent, and performance-oriented. Our bionic intake systems are based on understanding natural flow guidance – comparable to airflow in lung structures or water flow in tree veins. Using state-of-the-art topology optimization, we create geometries that guide the airflow within the intake system with minimal loss and uniform distribution. This results in forms that would be almost inconceivable with classic design methods – but are physically superior.

With our RevDop platform, we analyze and optimize the flow path architecture entirely data-driven. We combine digital flow simulation (CFD) with AI-supported optimization to generate components that are precisely tailored to the specific requirements of an engine – whether gasoline or diesel engine.
