At RevDop , we develop flow-optimized intake systems that are consistently based on the principles of bionics and topology optimization . Our goal: maximum efficiency through minimal resistance – precisely adapted to real-world operating conditions.

Flow reimagined: Inspired by nature, perfected with technology

Our bionic intake systems are based on an understanding of natural flow patterns – comparable to the airflow in lung structures or the water flow in tree veins. Using state-of-the-art topology optimization , we create geometries that guide the airflow evenly and with minimal loss within the intake system. This results in shapes that would be almost unimaginable using traditional design methods – yet are physically superior.

RevDop technology: Adaptive development for real-world requirements

Using our RevDop platform, we analyze and optimize the flow path architecture entirely based on data. We combine digital fluid dynamics (CFD) simulation with AI-assisted optimization to generate components that are precisely tailored to the specific requirements of an engine—whether gasoline or diesel .

Engineering with a claim

Our concepts have already been presented to Volkswagen, among others – clear proof of the industrial relevance of our approach. Even though we didn't receive a direct order at the time, we used the feedback to further improve our solutions. We were able to successfully test our intake systems on dynos at renowned tuners such as APR, Oettinger, and others. You can find verifiable results attached to the products in our shop.
