Bionically developed flow geometry:
We combine nature and technology in our flow-conducting components. The bionically developed air filter box reduces pressure loss by up to 40% compared to the original air filter box. We achieve this by designing the airflow with the lowest possible losses and flow separation using state-of-the-art flow simulation solutions (CFD). We adapt the geometry of the air duct to the flow, not the other way around. Internal turbulence is reduced by an average of 35% compared to the OEM system, allowing the engine to draw in air more easily and increasing the efficiency of the entire system. The factors mentioned above lead to improved throttle response and more agile revving of the engine and turbocharger (up to 30 Nm more torque at 1500 rpm). A measurable relief of components such as the axial bearings is achieved, which increases durability under competitive conditions. The bionically developed box always operates within the technically intended range of the engine control system without inadmissible changes to the air volume.
Efficiency increase & consumption optimization:
The bionic geometry not only ensures more performance but also increased efficiency. Specific emission values are reduced, and fuel consumption in the test cycle is lowered. A significant improvement in power and responsiveness is achieved in the relevant lower rev range, where the vehicle spends most of its time. In collaboration with scientific expert opinions, we were able to theoretically prove that by reducing pressure loss by 40%, fuel consumption can be reduced by up to 0.32 l/100 km.
Proven performance increase:
As a specialized manufacturer, we optimize diesel intake systems based on physical facts without software modifications. Our developments undergo strict testing phases and are only brought to series production after achieving clear technical advantages. We have been able to validate our system on renowned dynamometers (e.g., APR, Oettinger), where increased efficiency was shown across the entire rev range. We are taking technical diesel tuning to a new level!
Specially developed air filter:
For our bionically optimized air filter box, we have developed a special filter element that guarantees ideal airflow. While OEM filters often use angular standard geometries that hinder airflow, we rely on rounded panel filters. Since the surrounding components usually have round geometries, our solution breaks the resistance at the corners, significantly increasing the overall efficiency of the system compared to standard panel filters.
Material and in-house production:
After many years of research, we produce our systems in our own production facility. The intake systems are manufactured from high-quality polyurethane using precise mixing and dosing equipment. The material used is temperature-resistant, tough-elastic, and resistant to oils, greases, and water. We combine industrial automotive standards with innovative manufacturing processes.

Our bionic air filter box replaces the original part 1:1 and allows for quick, uncomplicated integration.
Technical Sound Profile:
Due to the straight-line inflow, the acoustic presence of the intake tract is technically improved. The working noise of the turbocharger becomes significantly more noticeable, which gives the diesel a more powerful character.
