BMW B58 Turbo Inlet – High Flow Intake Upgrade for Maximum Air Supply

Our high-flow turbo inlet for BMW vehicles with B58 engines was developed to specifically optimize the airflow between the intake system and the turbocharger. By revising the standard geometry, flow-unfavorable areas and unnecessary resonance volumes are eliminated, allowing for a significantly freer airflow.

While the original BMW turbo inlet is primarily designed for noise reduction and comfort, our design focuses on the most efficient possible air supply to the turbocharger. The optimized internal contour reduces turbulence and pressure losses in the intake tract and creates the ideal basis for performance-enhanced B58 engines.

The turbo inlet is manufactured from high-quality PA12 using an industrial 3D printing process. The special honeycomb structure ensures an optimal balance of stability, weight, and heat resistance. This keeps the component dimensionally stable and durable even under high thermal loads.

Additionally, a suitable cap for the resonance chamber of the original air filter box is included. This further simplifies the intake path and optimizes the airflow.

Easy Plug-and-Play Installation

All connection dimensions correspond to the original BMW specifications. The turbo inlet can be installed without modifications and integrates seamlessly into the existing intake system.
