The Audi A6 C6 with 3.0 TDI and 240 hp uses the engine codes CDYA and CDYC, making it one of the later 3.0 TDI versions of the C6 series.

This engine configuration is an interesting base for Audi V6 TDI tuning and diesel performance. RevDop develops performance parts for it focusing on intake and airflow with a clear technical emphasis.

CFD instead of gut feeling

We develop our components through a defined process:

3D scan → CAD → CFD → prototype → test

In doing so, we compare the original geometry with the optimized RevDop design and examine, among other things, pressure loss, flow distribution, and fluid volume.

The goal is not "more air at any cost," but rather more efficient and technically sound airflow.

The shape of our components is not derived for design reasons. Bionic geometries emerge from functional optimization and are subsequently translated into production-ready CAD designs.
