Bionically developed flow geometry:
We combine principles of nature and state-of-the-art engineering in our flow-guiding components. Thanks to the bionically developed air filter box, pressure loss is reduced by up to 40% compared to the original air filter box. We achieve this by designing the flow with the lowest possible flow losses and flow separations using state-of-the-art computational fluid dynamics (CFD) solutions. We adapt the geometry of the air duct to the flow, not vice versa. Turbulence inside is reduced by an average of 35% compared to the OEM system, allowing the unit to draw in air more easily and increasing the overall system's efficiency. The factors mentioned above lead to improved responsiveness and more agile engine and turbocharger revving (up to 30 Nm more torque at 1500 rpm). A measurable relief of components such as axial bearings is achieved, increasing stability under competitive conditions. The bionically developed box always operates within the technically specified range of the engine control unit.
Optimization of combustion efficiency:
The bionic geometry not only provides more performance but also increased efficiency. Specific emission values are reduced, and fuel consumption in the test cycle is lowered. A significant improvement in power and responsiveness is achieved in the relevant lower rpm range, which accounts for a large part of the operating state. In cooperation with scientific reports, we were able to theoretically prove that by reducing pressure loss by 40%, fuel consumption can be reduced by up to 0.32 l/100 km.
Demonstrable performance increase:
As a specialized manufacturer, we optimize diesel intake systems based on physical facts. Our developments undergo strict testing phases and are only brought to series production after achieving clear technical advantages. We have been able to validate our system on renowned dynamometers, showing increased efficiency across the entire rpm range. We are elevating technical diesel tuning to a new, professional level.



Specially developed air filter:
For our bionically optimized air filter box, we have developed a special filter element that guarantees ideal flow. While OEM filters often use angular standard geometries for cost reasons, which impede airflow, we rely on rounded panel filters. Since the surrounding components usually have round or elliptical geometries, our solution breaks the resistance at the corners and thus significantly increases the overall efficiency of the system.
Material and in-house manufacturing:
After many years of research, we produce our systems in our own high-tech production facility. The intake systems are made of high-quality polyurethane using precise mixing and dosing equipment. The material used is temperature-resistant, tough-elastic, and resistant to oils, greases, and water. We thus combine industrial automotive standards with innovative manufacturing processes.
