Our flow-optimized intake system for the VW Golf 8 2.0 TDI with EA288 EVO engine was specially developed to make the airflow in the intake area more efficient and to significantly reduce losses. By specifically minimizing pressure losses, system performance is noticeably improved, while at the same time creating a more distinctive and sportier intake sound. This opens up a completely new possibility in the field of diesel performance for international projects.

Significantly sportier intake sound & bionic geometry:

In developing our system, we are guided by natural flow principles and transfer them into modern technology. With the help of elaborate CFD simulations, the geometry of the air filter box was designed so that air can flow as smoothly and evenly as possible.

Compared to the series component, the pressure loss can be significantly reduced, while turbulence inside is noticeably decreased. The result: the engine can "breathe" more freely, which is noticeable in improved responsiveness and more dynamic revving - especially in the lower speed range for worldwide use.

In addition, mechanical components such as the turbocharger bearing are relieved, as less resistance in the intake system has to be overcome. The air volume remains in the optimal range of the series tuning, so that the system works efficiently without adapting the engine software and increases stability in competition.

Efficiency increase and consumption reduction:

In addition to performance, efficiency also plays a central role. The improved airflow ensures cleaner combustion, which can reduce emissions. At the same time, fuel consumption is reduced - especially in the everyday load range at low speeds, where the engine predominantly operates. Theoretical analyses and calculations have shown that a significant reduction in pressure loss can directly contribute to lower consumption.

Verifiable performance optimization:

Our development is not based on theoretical assumptions alone, but has been tested under real conditions. On independent dynamometers, it was proven that efficiency improves across the entire speed range. The series software remains unchanged - a clear advantage over many conventional tuning solutions. Our aim is to offer only products that deliver measurable improvements.

Special Performance Air Filter:

An essential part of our system is the specially developed air filter. While conventional systems often rely on standardized, angular filter elements, we have adapted the shape to the actual flow conditions. The optimized, rounded geometry guides the airflow more evenly through the filter medium. This creates less resistance, and the efficiency of the entire system is further increased.

Material & Manufacturing:

Our intake systems are manufactured in-house and are based on a high-quality polyurethane material. This is characterized by high temperature resistance and resistance to oil, water, and other environmental influences. Through the use of modern manufacturing technologies, we combine industrial quality with innovative development approaches - for a durable product.

Plug & Play Installation:

Replacement is uncomplicated: Our air filter box completely replaces the original component and can be installed without additional adjustments.

Improved Intake Sound:

In addition to the technical advantages, the system also provides an acoustic upgrade. Thanks to the optimized airflow, the intake noise becomes significantly more present. Especially the typical turbocharger sound stands out more clearly and gives the vehicle a more powerful sound character.
