Discover our bionically optimized turbo inlet for the BMW B47 & N47 engine from the F3x series – developed with state-of-the-art flow simulations to significantly reduce pressure loss compared to the standard inlet. Thanks to the innovative design, the airflow is guided more laminarly, and turbulence is minimized – the result: optimized response times, faster turbocharger spooling, and more efficient power delivery across the entire rev range in export applications. Especially in the lower rev range, technical setups benefit from faster boost pressure build-up, higher torque, and overall more power reserves for motorsport.

Our turbo inlet is manufactured using a high-quality 3D printing process from polyamide, which is equivalent to OEM materials in terms of stability and heat resistance – and in many areas even superior. The installation routine is plug & play; all mounting points correspond to the original dimensions and installation positions for testing purposes. The molded hose is manufactured by us from high-quality polyurethane with a Shore hardness of A65 and is chemical and temperature resistant. The standard resonance chamber in the original air filter box is eliminated, further improving pressure loss and flow values by 5%. A blanking plug is supplied for this purpose, which reliably seals the air filter box outlet.
