With the RevDop 2.0 TDI EA288 Performance Bundle, you optimize the entire intake system of your diesel engine – from the air filter to the turbocharger. The combination of a flow-optimized turbo inlet and a bionically designed air filter box reduces pressure losses, minimizes turbulence, and significantly improves airflow efficiency.

The result: freer throughput, more direct response, and a technically sound basis for performance-oriented setups.

Bionic flow guidance – inspired by nature

The internal geometry of the air filter box is based on bionic flow principles. Similar to how natural structures guide airflow with minimal loss, the optimized design ensures:

• even air distribution
• reduced turbulence
• minimized pressure losses
• more efficient airflow to the turbocharger

In conjunction with the bionically optimized turbo inlet, a harmoniously coordinated air path is created without abrupt changes in cross-section or flow-inhibiting edges.

The standard intake system of many 2.0 TDI EA288 models is primarily designed for noise reduction and cost optimization. Our Performance Bundle, on the other hand, focuses on fluid dynamic efficiency.

The turbo inlet is individually manufactured to order using a high-resolution 3D printing process. To ensure the highest quality and dimensional accuracy, the current delivery time is up to 3 weeks .
