Push the physical limits of your BMW B57 engine – with our specially developed motorsport component for the BMW G-series manufactured up to 11/2020. This inlet has been optimized using state-of-the-art CFD flow simulations to significantly reduce pressure loss compared to the restrictive stock part. The result in test operation: resistance-free turbocharger spooling, optimized flow rates, and more direct response. The bionic shape of the inlet, inspired by natural flow principles, ensures laminar airflow and minimizes wall friction and turbulence. This not only improves the overall efficiency of the intake, but also ensures that the calculated power can be accessed earlier – across the entire test RPM range.

Plug-and-Play integration & industrial manufacturing

The turbo inlet can be installed without modifications – all OEM connection positions remain. Manufactured using high-resolution industrial 3D printing from robust polyamide (PA12), it offers maximum fitment, temperature resistance, and thermal durability – even under extreme competition loads.

Resonance chamber substitution

Our flow component deliberately forgoes the standard resonance chamber to eliminate internal air turbulence. For absolutely laminar flow and more direct acoustics, a plug is included to replace the volume of the original resonance chamber. This optimizes readings, especially when maximum air demand is required. Please note, not available for all models.
